Private Residence
How it works
Centrale Nantes is partnered with some private housing establishments and the International Relations Office (DRI) can pre-book accommodation for new students in these residences. The DRI asks the students to contact the residence directly to confirm booking. The booking can be confirmed only by the residence when all the requirements have been completed. An accommodation certificate can be delivered thereafter.
Note that should the student not fufill the Residence requirements and payment during the year, Centrale Nantes is at liberty to suspend the academic file of the student. Students must inform the Residence and the DRI of the date of departure one month before departure

- Students must pay from 1 August, 2017 even if they arrive in September
- 3 month-rent must be paid in advance every 3 months (the booking can stop after a 3-month period or be extended by payment for another 3 month period)
