Administration Documents

Before arriving in Nantes, please take great care to ensure that you are in possession of all the documentation that will be required for the different administrative processes. The documents required are listed below, but what is more important to take note is:
 
  • You will need both the original and a French translation of your birth cerficate. It can be pricey to get your certificate translated here, so we recommend you get it translated before arriving in Nantes (consult your home country French embassy, they will advise)
  • Remember to bring the "OFII" that was delivered with your Visa, you will need this to apply for your residence permit.
  • Have ready ID-photo sized pictures (check the size requirements as imposed by the French goverment)
